The days leading up to Easter are traditionally a time for renewal and reflection. It is the ideal time to give your body a break, reset and resemble so that you can enjoy the easter days and welcome spring with newfound energy and connection to yourself.

Our detox program is designed to be easy to follow, gentle on your body, and offers a range of options to suit different detox needs and levels. Unlike traditional fasts, our program includes a variety of delicious meals that are easy to prepare so you won't go hungry or feel bored.

With Imme and Sascha's years of experience in cleanses, you'll be in good hands and have the guidance you need to succeed. Doing the detox in a group will give you motivation and accountability to help you stay on track and easily get through the program.

The Program

Our cleanse offers a gentle journey that involves consuming a mix of cooked and fresh foods to nourish your body and awaken new energies. It includes nutrient-rich foods and optional supplements that support the body's natural detoxification processes, such as fruits, vegetables, herbs, and supplements that can reduce inflammation, improve digestion, and help the liver filter out toxins.

Our recipes are simple and quick to prepare. You'll be able to enjoy various meals throughout the day, and we also provide tips on grabbing a healthy snack when you need a quick boost of energy.

The 10-day program is divided into three phases:

Day 1: A first online session to get to know the program and the group

Day 2-4: Phase 1 - cut out certain foods and prepare your system for the detox

Day 5-7: Phase 2 - cleanse your body and give your system a reset

Day 8-10: Phase 3 - detox on deeper levels and complete the cleanse

During the detox, you will avoid certain foods and drinks that can interfere with cleansing, such as caffeine, alcohol, processed foods, and animal products. The goal of the detox is to allow the body to take a break from these substances and support it in eliminating toxins while promoting overall health and vitality.

We have tried and tested various cleansing and detox methods over the years. Our approach combines practices we have found to be a safe and effective way of supporting our body's natural detoxification process and enhancing our overall health. This cleanse is a tool you can easily use throughout your year to reset your body and well a needed break.

The detox program is an excellent way to kickstart a healthy lifestyle and feel rejuvenated and energized. It is inspired by the well-known 3-6-9 cleanse from the Medical Medium, Anthony William. We have completed this cleanse multiple times and found it an excellent starting point.

Tools that will help you:

Most importantly, you need your commitment and decision on how deep you want to go through the program. If you wish to get the most out of it, we recommend having three tools:

  • Steamer to prepare steamed vegetables (a simple application for the pot is enough)

  • Mixer to prepare detoxing smoothies

  • Juicer to integrate freshly pressed juices

If you don’t have these tools, we will give you alternatives that can be prepared with what you have.

Your GuideS

Sascha KAus

Sascha grew up in a family where shared meals were the primary way to connect, and sweets cured many wounds.

For the last 12 years, Sascha has been on a constant quest to learn about our food choices' effects on the body and mind.

His first experience of a conscious way to nourish and heal ourselves was an Ayurvedic cleanse in India. After a personal time of setbacks and challenges, it was the big reset he needed. This panchakarma resulted in a profound change in diet, cutting away on all refined sugars for over three years and transitioning towards a vegan lifestyle.

As a plant-based chef Sascha has cooked in Yoga Studios, catered for many retreats in Europe and India, and trained chefs in hotels.

Over the years, he experimented with different cleanses ranging from juice cleanses and mono eating to stricter fasting methods. Some cleanse involved enemas, colonics, and other more profound cleansing techniques.

Detox and cleanses are now constant parameters in his life. Sascha enjoys more gentle regular cleanses throughout the year to recharge and reset after times of indulgence and to help him transition between the seasons.

His joy and passion can be felt when you see him working in the kitchen or sharing his wisdom about food and nutrition.

Imme Kock

Imme loves food and is amazed by its effect on the body, mind, and soul. For her, nutrition is key to leading a balanced and joyful life.

She stopped eating meat as a 7-year-old girl, suddenly realizing the connection between the grilled chicken in the oven and the living chickens on the farms. This moment was her starting point for a vegetarian diet and her first conscious choice on how to nourish herself.

The more Imme got into yoga, the deeper she dived into nutrition. In her Hatha yoga teacher training in Mysore (India), “mindful nutrition” was a key element. “50% Asana, 50% Nutrition” was a common saying from her teacher, and Imme was amazed to study and experience the significant impact of nutrition on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

Today, mindful nutrition is part of Imme’s lifestyle.

She has gone through many detoxes and cleanses herself. She uses the detoxes to reset and recharge, gain new energy and clarity, and feel light and connected. Day-fasting twice a month on Ekadashi and 10-day detox programs for transition between the seasons are part of her routine.

She fully enjoys plant-based meals shared on big tables when she's not detoxing. Her favorite fruits are apples & bananas, and she has a secret crush on chai & chocolate.

We’ve set up the schedule so that the most challenging detox days fall on weekends and public holidays.

  • Yes, you can take part in Easter brunches. We give you recommendations and inspirations on nourishing yourself after the detox - including a few recipe ideas for your healthy Easter brunch. If you feel like returning to your old routines straight away, this is also possible. You choose.

  • Yes, it’s great to have a detox buddy! If both of you want to benefit from the whole experience (group chat, individual support, access to the detox library), you must book the detox twice. This creates even more commitment and accountability.
